Pop-up Window

A Pop-up Window works automatically with many widgets and like the rest of the widgets, it is ready to be used without any customization.

However, if you wish to customize this widget according to your website colors, here are the steps on how to do it:

Step 1. Log into your Kundello account.

Step 2. Under the tab "Widgets," select "Pop-up Window", and you'll be taken to its settings.

Step 3. On the left side of your screen are settings and on the right is the Live Preview, where you can see your changes in real-time.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you install the widget on your site, any customization changes you make will automatically be updated on your website.

SETTINGS:

HEADER TEXT

As per default, the header text on your Pop-up Window shows “Customer Reviews.” However, you can change it by choosing “Custom Text” and then inputting the text you want your customers to see.

HEADER COLOUR

The default color of your header is “Blue,” but you can change it by clicking “Custom” and choosing the color that complements your website.

HEADER TEXT COLOUR

The text’s color in your header can also be changed. By default, it is in “Auto” mode, which is white, which is the same color as the option, “Light.” However, you can also change it to “Dark,” making it black.

RATING STARS COLOUR

The "Default" option is "Kundello Orange," however you can pick any colour that will suit your website:

CIRCLE COLOUR

The color of the circle beside the customers’ names can be customized too. You can change it according to your preference or leave it by default.

CIRCLE TEXT COLOUR

Inside the circle mentioned above, there is a text, which is the acronym of customers’ names. You can change its color as well to complement the circle’s color. By default, it is on “Auto” which is black colour and also the same color as the option “Dark.” However, you can also change it to “Light,” making the letters white.

WRITE A REVIEW BUTTON

As per default, the “WRITE A REVIEW” button is visible in the upper right-hand side of your Pop-up Window. However, you have the option to remove it by choosing the setting “Hide.”

 Once you are done with customizing your widget, click on "Save Settings" to save your customization preferences.
