Product Reviews Widget is a three-part widget:
Product Reviews Widget is a three-part widget:
1. Product Page Stars widget - showcases the average rating and the number of reviews on your product page and has an optional "Write a review" button.
2. Category Page Stars widget - showcases the average rating and number of reviews on your category page.
3. Pop-up Window widget - works only with the Product Page Stars widget (it doesn't work with Category Page Stars widget). When a visitor clicks on the Product Page Stars, it automatically opens to showcase your product reviews, and it does not require a separate code installation.
Like all our widgets, the Product Review three-part widget does not need to be set up. It is ready to be used.
However, if you wish to customize it, here are the steps on how to do it:
Step 1. Log into your Kundello account.
Step 2. Under the tab "Widgets," select "Product Reviews Widget", and you'll be taken to its settings.
Step 3. On the left side of your screen are settings and on the right is the Live Preview, where you can see your changes in real-time.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you install the widget on your site, any customization changes you make will automatically update your website.
SETTINGS:
PRIMARY COLOUR
The primary color is like the main colour theme of your widget. By default, it is “Kundello Blue.” However, if you wish to change it to complement your website, you can choose “Custom.”

"WRITE A REVIEW" BUTTON
As per default, there is a “WRITE A REVIEW” text showing on the right side of your widget. However, you have the option to remove it by choosing “Hide.”

The text’s color inside this button can also be changed. By default, it is in “Auto,” which suggests the best text color against your button color - in above case "white", but you can have it in "Light" - white or "Dark” - black font.
QUESTIONS TAB AND "ASK A QUESTION" BUTTON
By default, the “ASK A QUESTION” button and the Questions Tab are showing. If you wish to remove it, you can choose “Hide.”

RATING STARS COLOUR
AVATAR COLOUR
The color of the avatar above the customers’ names can be customized too. You can change it according to your preference or leave it by default, which is light grey.
AVATAR FONT COLOUR
Inside the avatar mentioned above, there is a text, which is the acronym for customers’ names. You can change its color as well to complement the avatar’s color. By default, the text is in the “Dark” setting - black letters, but you can change it to “Light,” which will make it white.
