NPS Survey Setup
Net Promoter Score Survey setup includes 2 parts:
- NPS Survey email customization (optional)
- NPS Survey email reminder setup (optional)
1. NPS SURVEY EMAIL CUSTOMIZATION
Kundello has a default NPS Survey email, and it does not require any setup or customization.
However, if you wish to customize your NPS Survey email, that's easy, and here is what you need to do:
1. Go to NPS Survey - Survey Request Email page
2. Add your Logo
3. Change the header, rating square and rating numbers colour to your brand colour
4. Change Email text
5. Save settings
6. Send a test email to yourself to ensure that the email is how you want it to be
2. NPS SURVEY EMAIL REMINDER SETUP
NPS Survey reminders are switched OFF by default. Kundello has default emails that are ready to be sent, however, you can customize these emails as well.
If you wish to send NPS Survey reminders, this is what you need to do:
1. Go to NPS Survey - Reminder Settings page
2. Untick the "Don't send reminders" box
3. Select how many reminders you would like to send
4. Select the reminder timeframe for each reminder.
5. Save settings
If you wish to customize NPS Survey reminder emails this is what you need to do:
1. For Reminder 1 go to the NPS Survey - Reminder 1 page
2. For Reminder 2 go to the NPS Survey - Reminder 2 page
3. Change email text
4. Save settings
5. Send a test email to yourself to ensure that the email is how you want it to be
NOTE: Header colour and your logo will be automatically imported from the NPS Survey Request Email setup page
