Under the Review Tracking tab, you will find the status of every review request and review reminder that is about to be sent, or that was already sent.
Review tracking shows you:
1. Review request ID
2. Order Number
3. Customers Name
4. Request Type and Status
2. Whether the request was successfully sent or if there was an error
3. Details of the "Send Date" and "Open Date"
Also, at the click of a button, you'll be able to "Stop" a request from being sent, or "Block" any future requests from being sent to a specific customer.
