Setting up Review Platforms
Your default option for collecting business and product reviews is the Kundello platform.
However, some businesses might prefer collecting business reviews on review platforms like Google, Facebook, Yelp, and others. That can be done by simply rearranging the order of review platforms in the list below - "drag and drop" your preferred platforms to the first, second, third spot, and so on... and add URL to your reviews page on that platform.
When it comes to giving your customers a choice of where they can leave a review, there is no limit on how many review platforms you can add to the mix.
You can collect reviews on one, or on every platform that is available on the list below.
As an example:
As you can see from the screenshot below, we have made Kundello our preferred platform, but we would also like to collect reviews on Google and give our customers a second choice.
To do that, we have put Google in the second position, and we have added URL to our Google Reviews page.
Now when the review request email gets sent to our customers it will have "Or use a different review site" below the stars - see example below:
This is what it looks like if Kundello was the only choice - there is no "Or use a different review site" option here:
or see it here - this is what's missing if Kundello was the only option:
Now if your customers were to click on "Or use a different review site", they would be presented with the following screen:
From there they can choose to leave a review on Kundello, which would take them to a page like this:
Or if they click on Google Reviews, it would take them straight to your Google Reviews page:
We hope the above explanation will be helpful, and if you have any questions, please get in touch.
